New Customer Offer: Weight Loss Products & Services
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you and Pharma Aesthetics London Ltd (“Pharma Aesthetics”, “we”, “us”, “our”) in relation to the New Customer Offer (the “Offer”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms (as may be updated by us from time to time) and to comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations.
Clinical approval applies
Weight loss services and any prescription-only products are subject to clinical assessment and suitability checks. Eligibility for the Offer does not guarantee treatment or prescription.
How it works

1. Eligibility You must be aged 18 years or over, resident in the United Kingdom, and be a new customer who has not previously purchased any weight loss products or services from Pharma Aesthetics.

2. Offer savings As a new customer, you can save £25 when you spend a minimum of £89, or save £30 when you spend a minimum of £110, on your first eligible order.

3. Minimum spend excludes delivery Minimum order values are calculated excluding shipping/delivery costs and any optional add-ons unless stated otherwise.

4. Eligible items The Offer applies only to eligible weight loss products and services made available by Pharma Aesthetics for the Offer period, and is subject to availability.
Offer period

5. Start and end dates The Offer begins on 3 November 2025 and finishes on 31 May 2026 (inclusive), unless withdrawn earlier by us.
Restrictions

6. One-time use only The Offer applies only to a new customer’s first purchase and may be used one time only.

7. No combining offers The Offer cannot be used with any other offers, discounts, promotional codes, referral rewards, bundles or vouchers.

8. Auto-application Where applicable, the Offer is applied automatically at checkout to eligible orders and cannot be applied retrospectively.

9. No cash alternative The Offer has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and is non-transferable.
Changes and decisions

10. Changes to the Offer Pharma Aesthetics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Offer and/or these Terms at any time where reasonably necessary. Any changes will be published on our website.

11. Eligibility verification We may verify eligibility and refuse the Offer where we reasonably believe an order does not meet the Terms, or where misuse is suspected.
Clinical assessment and orders

12. Clinical suitability Weight loss services and any prescription-only products are supplied only where clinically appropriate. If you are assessed as unsuitable, the Offer will not apply to that service/product.

13. Terms of sale All purchases are subject to our standard Terms of Sale, delivery, cancellation and refunds policy (where applicable).
Privacy

14. Data use Information collected from you will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
Governing law

15. England & Wales These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
