Directions on How to Use:

For Adults (18 years and over):

• Standard Dosage: Take 1 soft capsule with a glass of water, up to 3 times a day, preferably after meals.
• Maximum Dosage: Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 24-hour period.

Important Notes:
