Description

Indoramin is an alpha-blocker, which is a type of medication. It works by preventing particular nerve impulses from occurring. This inhibiting effect is beneficial in two medical problems. It is used to treat the symptoms of prostate enlargement and to lower blood pressure in persons who have excessive blood pressure (hypertension).

In older men, the prostate gland often enlarges. Benign prostatic hyperplasia refers to the expansion of the prostate gland (BPH). It can create issues with passing pee, such as having to wait for your urine to start flowing, taking longer to go to the bathroom, dribbling urine, and the sense that your bladder isn’t completely empty.
