Directions on How to Use:
- For Adults and Children 12 years and over:

- Insert the nozzle into one nostril and spray once while holding your breath for a moment.
- Repeat the process for the other nostril.
- Use 2 to 3 times a day as required, with at least 6 hours between doses.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
