Indications:

Directions on How to Use:

• For Adults and Children 12 years and over:
  1. Before use, clear your nasal passages by gently blowing your nose.
  2. Shake the bottle gently before use.
  3. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and spray once while holding your breath for a moment.
  4. Repeat the process for the other nostril.
  5. Use 2 to 3 times a day as required, with at least 6 hours between doses.
