Children aged from 3 years: Prime spray by depressing nozzle: lay child down on their side, or sit them up head tilted to one side. Gently insert nozzle into one nostril and press briefly – let any excess solution run out before wiping nose. Repeat in the other nostril. Clean nozzle after application with soapy water rinse and dry. Use 2-6 times daily, for a short period of use.
