Treatment of scabies and crab lice.

For Scabies: A single application is usually sufficient to clear the infection.

Adults and children over 12 years:

Apply up to 30g (1 tube)

Apply to the whole body, including the neck, palms of hands and soles of feet with particular attention to areas between fingers and toees, wrists, elbows, armpits, external genitalia, buttocks and under finger and toe nails. head and face can be excluded, excluding head unless scabies efflorescence’s are present.

For Pubic Lice:

Apply up to 30g (1 tube). Sufficient cream should be applied to cover pubic and peri-anal region, inner thighs down to knees and any hair that grows up from pubic region to stomach and chest. Leave for 24 hours the wash areas thoroughly.

Children 6-12 years: 

Apply up to 15g (1/2 tube)

The application is as for adults, but also include palms, soles, face, neck, scalp and ears, but avoid areas close to eyes and mouth. the whole treated area should be washed thoroughly after 8-12 hours, but reapply to hands in the meantime if washed with soap during the treatment period.

Children 2 months to 5 years: 

Apply 7,5mg (1/4 tube)

Caution: Children 2-23 months should only be treated under medical supervision. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. the excipients can reduce the functioning/reliability of latex products when used concomitantly.
