Do you know which type of inhaler you are already using: 'metered aerosol', 'dry powder', or 'breath actuated'?

At the end of the consultation you will need to choose between the three types of inhaler and request the one you already use. You can request EITHER a 'metered aerosol' (Ventolin Evohaler), OR a 'dry powder' (Ventolin Accuhaler), OR a 'breath actuated' (Salamol Easi-Breathe) inhaler. 'Metered aerosols' (Ventolin Evohaler) inhalers release a puff of salbutamol when the end of the inhaler is pressed down. 'Breath actuated' (Salamol Easi-Breathe) inhalers release a puff of salbutamol triggered by breathing in.
